1. About these terms
This website is operated by NWC Office Furniture LLC ("NWC," "we," "us," "our"), an Oregon limited liability company and authorized dealer of N9NE Furniture Group products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We currently sell and deliver only to addresses in Oregon and Washington. If you're ordering for a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so on its behalf.

3. Products, finishes and descriptions
We do our best to describe and picture every product accurately. Laminate finishes, fabric colors and wood tones can look different on screen than in person, and photos may show optional items that aren't included. Product dimensions are approximate. If exact color matching matters, contact us for samples before ordering. N9NE may update product designs, parts or finishes without notice.

4. Prices and errors
All prices are in U.S. dollars. "List" prices refer to the manufacturer's published list price. Prices, promotions and availability can change at any time without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed for that item, even after your order is confirmed. If you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

5. Orders
Your order confirmation email means we received your order. It doesn't mean we've accepted it. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery outside our service area. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Payment and taxes
Payment is due when you place your order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, costs, delivery timing and inspection requirements are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered. Please inspect every box at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Assembly and installation
Most items ship unassembled. You're responsible for assembling them according to the manufacturer's instructions, or for hiring a qualified installer. Assembly and installation services from NWC are quoted and agreed to separately. Any electrical connections for powered cubicles or furniture (such as base or ceiling power feeds) must be made by a licensed electrician.

10. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty from N9NE Furniture Group, where one applies. We'll help you submit warranty claims. Except for that manufacturer warranty and any rights you have under law that can't be waived, products are sold "as is," and NWC makes no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NWC and its owners, employees and partners aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

12. Use of this website
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without permission, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.

13. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

14. Content and trademarks
All content on this site, including text, layouts, graphics and product descriptions, belongs to NWC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. N9NE, Performance Furnishings, Konfurb, ES Robbins and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.

15. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party websites, such as manufacturer instruction guides, and uses third-party services to process payments and shipping. We aren't responsible for third-party content, products or practices.

16. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless NWC and its owners and employees from claims arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site or products.

18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

20. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
