Where we ship
We deliver to businesses and homes in Oregon and Washington. Need delivery somewhere else? Call or email us for a quote.

Shipping rates
- Chairs, accessories and parts: FedEx Ground to your door. $15, or FREE on orders of $199 or more.
- Desks, tables, storage, cubicles and complete setups: freight truck, curbside with liftgate. $199, or FREE on orders of $2,500 or more.

You'll see your exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay. If your order has both kinds of items, checkout shows one combined shipping charge.

Processing and delivery
Everything ships new, direct from N9NE Furniture Group's warehouse. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. For freight orders, the carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window, and someone needs to be there to sign for it.

Inside delivery, assembly and installation
Freight delivery is curbside. Inside delivery, assembly and full installation are available across the Portland and Vancouver area. Ask us for a quote before or after you order.

Damaged or missing items
Please check every box before you sign. If anything is damaged, write it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours at sales@nwc-pdx.com or (503) 706-5595. We'll work with the carrier to get it replaced.
